The email migration will MERGE your @utoronto.ca AND @dentistry.utoronto.ca into one account! Migration will begin at 5pm on May 17th until 8am on May 21st. NOTE: Your new webmail login is now http://mail.utoronto.ca

Make sure to back up any Inbox rules that you have set up.

 

 

Checkbox Verify you know your UTORid password

It is important you know your UTORid password. To verify you can login HERE. If you can't remember please visit the help desk and request a password change as soon as possible. (It can take up to 24 hours for the reset to take effect).

 

POST-MIGRATION CHECKLIST

 

Checkbox  Log In 

Log in to your new UTmail+ account, visit mail.utoronto.ca and enter your UTORid and password 

Checkbox  Outlook Client 

If you use the Outlook mail client, you will need to add your new UTmail+ account and then log in using your dentistry email address and UTORid password. When you start your computer you will have to click on the migrate desktop icon (as shown below) to setup your account properly. CLICK HERE TO SEE ALL THE STEPS.

Checkbox Update your delegate settings

If you have both an @dentistry.utoronto.ca and an @utoronto.ca account, settings for delegate access, they may not have been migrated and you will need to set it up again. To view full instructions, CLICK HERE

After migration, you will need to reattach your signature(s).
