How do I get a list of my patient’s balances?

For a list of your patient’s balances, follow these steps:

  • Go to ‘Info Manager’
  • Click on the ‘Billing’ tab
  • Select ‘Patient Balances’
  • Click on ‘Pre-defined’
  • Click on ‘Patient Balances’
  • Press ‘Select’
  • Click on ‘Search’

Please note that the report may take a while to run.
