Frequently Asked Questions

  • Make sure you upgraded to the newest version of software for your device.
  • Ensure that your device is a Duo-supported version of iOS. If it is not, find an alternate device that Duo can be supported by.
  • On your iOS device, launch the App Store.
  • Search for "Duo Mobile". Duo's coloring scheme is white and green.
  • Tap get and then install to install the app.
  • You may be prompted to enter your credentials.
  • Make sure your Android device is fully updated
  • Ensure that your device is a Duo-supported version of Android. If it is not, find an alternate device that Duo is compatible with.
  • On your Android Device, launch the Google play store App.
  • Search for "Duo Mobile". Duo's coloring scheme is white and green.
  • Tap install to install the app.

 

Using a mobile phone is the simplest and best way to use UTORMFA.  If you do not have a mobile phone, you can receive a hardware token. You can contact us at help@dentistry.utoronto.ca.

The Information Commons Help Desk (main campus)   is able to issue a one-time use bypass code.  This code will allow you to log into your applications.  Use the "remember me" feature to make sure that your session with UTORMFA will last for 24 hours.
